Use the CMDB Data Manager in CMDB Workspace or in Service Graph Workspace to administer policies, CIs life-cycle and attestation tasks, view analytics about on-going CMDB Data Manager processes, and to approve or reject
assigned tasks.

* Use the [Management view in CMDB Workspace](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/rGICBVTr4zLwFWV7GXqrQg "The Management view provides CMDB Admins with quick access to key management tools and deep insights into CMDB health and activities. The view provides details such as duplicate CIs and recent activities in the CMDB.") or the [Governance view in Service Graph Workspace](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/IBj3IXzeQPTwTK~j5pU8iQ "Governance view in Service Graph Workspace provides administrators with important information, actions, and links to tools that are used to administer the CMDB.") to create and track policies, and to manage exclusion lists and retirement definitions.
* Use the Important actions tile on the CMDB Workspace landing page to access data attestation and life cycle approval tasks such as reassignment requests and unassigned overdue tasks. Drill down these task cards to see further details about the tasks.
* Use the My work tile on the CMDB Workspace landing page to access all open tasks, which are assigned to you, or to the group assigned in the Managed by Group attribute
  and which you're a member of. For CMDB administrators, any unassigned tasks are also included for reassignment. Review and process all tasks. Review and process attestation tasks by
  checking the physical existence of IT infrastructure or applications associated with the CIs in the tasks.

  that you belong to in accordance with CMDB Data Manager policies. Overdue attestation tasks appear in a separated Overdue tasks list.
