You can activate the Multi Provider Document Services Framework plugin (com.snc.multiprovider_documents) for Document Services if you have the admin role. {#activate-multi-provider-doc-framework__activate-multi-provider-doc-framework-info}

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllSystem ApplicationsAll Available ApplicationsAll. {#activate-multi-provider-doc-framework__find-plugins-cmd}
2. Find the Multi Provider Document Services Framework plugin (com.snc.multiprovider_documents) using the filter criteria and search bar.  
   You can search for the plugin by its name or ID. If you cannot find a plugin,
   you might have to request it from ServiceNow
   personnel.{#activate-multi-provider-doc-framework__p_cb1_nfg_h1c}
3. Select Install to start the installation process.  
   Hinweis:  
   When domain separation and delegated admin are enabled in an instance, the administrative user must be in the global domain. Otherwise, the following error appears: Application installation is unavailable because another operation is running: Plugin Activation for \<plugin name\>.
