Use Google Drive to manage and sync your documents, and get version actions on documents directly in your ServiceNow instance. You can also collaborate on documents and manage attachments hosted within Google Drive.

Increase collaboration by integrating Google Drive with your ServiceNow instance.  
With the Google Drive integration, you can do the following:

* Edit, share, copy, and delete documents from Google Drive to your ServiceNow instance.
* Edit, share, copy, and delete documents from a ServiceNow instance to Google Drive.
* Fetch the current version of the document.
* Collaborate for reviewing, approving, or co-authoring documents.
* Integrate with Google Drive to create, update, and collaborate on documents within the platform

To integrate Google Drive with Document Services, install the Multi Provider Document Services Framework plugin (com.snc.multiprovider_documents).
