Publish a document revision that has been approved.

After a document has been created and edited, a version can be submitted for draft review and final approval. After the final approval, the document can be published. The published version becomes the default version of the
document.

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllDocumentsDocuments.
2. Select the document record.
3. Scroll down to the Versions tab.
4. Select the document version that has been approved.
5. Select Publish Version.
