# Compare knowledge article versions in Agent Workspace {#ariaid-title1}

Select and compare two versions of a knowledge article in Agent Workspace to view the differences between them.

## Vorbereitungen

You must have contribute access to the knowledge base that stores the knowledge article.

Role required: agent_workspace_user

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllAgent WorkspaceAgent Workspace Home.
2. Click ListsKnowledgeAll Articles.
3. Click the link to a knowledge article for which you want to compare two versions.
4. Click Edit to open the Knowledge article form.
5. In the Article Versions related list, select the two versions of the article to compare.
6. Click Compare.

## Ergebnisse

The Compare versions tab opens within Agent Workspace and lists the fields for the selected versions in a side-by-side format. Any differences between the two versions are highlighted as shown in the following example image.Abbildung : 1. Example: Compare article versions
