Extend and update CMDB CI Class Models app classes and rules when using third-party integration tools.
When using a third-party tool to integrate with ServiceNow apps, gaps can occur between the integration and different CIs. Some of the integrated tables and classes may be missing classes and rules that are not included with the CMDB CI Class Models store app.

See the [full release notes for all CMDB CI Class Models](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/store-release-notes/page/release-notes/store/it-operations-management/store-rn-itom-cmdb-class-models.html?emcs_t=S2h8ZW1haWx8Ym9hcmRfc3Vic2NyaXB0aW9ufE1FMlVTSFREVDc3S0hTfDMzNDcxMjV8U1VCU0NSSVBUSU9OU3xoSw).

This section lists the classes that the CMDB CI Class Models app adds or updates. The classes and rules in the following table enable you to add and extend the CMDB CI Class Models store app for integrations.
