Configure system properties to enable access to files and folders from external content providers like Microsoft OneDrive V3.1 and Google Drive V3.1 when using the sn-document-explorer-connected component in Document Management with Personal authentication.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: mp_document_admin

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllSystem PropertiesAll Properties.
2. Search for and select the system property related to the external provider that you're integrated with.
   * For Google Drive V3.1:
     * sn_docs_gdrive.google_drive.base_alias
     * sn_docs_gdrive.google_drive.current_alias
     {#configure-system-properties-external-provider__ul_rmh_kwp_mhc}
   * For Microsoft OneDrive V3.1:
     * sn_docs_onedrive.one_drive.base_alias
     * sn_docs_onedrive.one_drive.current_alias
     {#configure-system-properties-external-provider__ul_o2j_5wp_mhc}
   {#configure-system-properties-external-provider__ul_ilz_hwp_mhc}
3. In the Value field of the selected property, enter the base_alias and current_alias system IDs from the sys_alias table for the external provider.
   The base_alias is the system ID of the personal authentication connection alias and the current_alias is the system authentication connection alias.
