## Security settings {#win-security-properties-password-reset__section_vyc_rmf_5db}

* The glide.security.use_csrf_token property setting allows the Password Reset Windows Application to retrieve a token for a secure communication with the datacenter instance.
* The CheckCertificateRevocationList registry key default setting of true causes the Password Reset Windows Application to validate the server certificate before every communication. ## Configure the glide.security.use_csrf_token property {#win-security-properties-password-reset__section_ahc_ymf_5db}

To configure the glide.security.use_csrf_token property, a
security_admin elevated privilege is required.

Set the glide.security.use_csrf_token property to true (Yes).
