# Create UI policies in Catalog Builder {#ariaid-title1}

Configure catalog UI policies with scripts and multiple catalog UI policy actions in Catalog Builder to facilitate the creation of complex catalog items.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: catalog_builder_editor, catalog_admin, or admin

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllService CatalogCatalog Builder.
2. Create a new catalog item or edit an existing one.
3. Navigate to the UI Policy tab.
4. Select Add new behavior.
5. Define dynamic behavior for your catalog item using conditions, actions, or scripts.

6. After you fill the required information, select Add behavior.
