Insert an image in a knowledge article using the HTML editor.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: user with contribute access

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllKnowledgeArticlesAll.
2. Select a knowledge article.
3. On the knowledge article form, in the Article body field, place the cursor where you want to insert an image.
4. On the HTML editor toolbar, select the Insert/edit image icon (![Insert or edit image icon]()).
5. On the Insert/Edit Image dialog box, select the Upload icon (![Upload icon]()).
6. Select an image.
7. Select Open.
8. Select Save.

## Ergebnisse

The image is included in the knowledge article.
