The system supports Connect Chat on most modern browsers.
Wichtig:  
Core UI is required to use Connect Chat. Connect Chat is not supported in Next Experience. If you turn on Next Experience, Connect Chat will no longer work. See [Next Experience UI](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=next-experience-landing-page&version=australia&pubname=australia-platform-user-interface&ft:locale=en-US) for more information.  
* The latest public release of Firefox or Firefox ESR
* The latest public release of Chrome
* Safari version 9.1 and later
* Microsoft Edge version 90
* Internet Explorer version 11
  * Edge mode is supported.
  * Compatibility mode is not supported.
  * Setting Security Mode to High (via the Internet OptionsSecurity tab) is not supported.
  * Internet Explorer 11 is susceptible to memory leaks, which may impact performance, especially in Windows 7.
