2. In the Knowledge Feedback Task Metrics related list section, select a feedback task metric to view the start and end time and the duration of the feedback task.
   Hinweis:

   * You may need to configure the form to add Knowledge Feedback Task Metrics in the related list section. For more information, see [Add a related list to a form](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=configure-form-layout&version=australia&pubname=australia-platform-administration&section=t_AddARelatedList&ft:locale=en-US).
   * The feedback task state is unaffected by changes in the article state. Therefore, when the article is retired, the feedback owner or group assigned to the feedback task has to close or resolve the feedback task.
