# Working with record feeds

When a user follows a record, the user becomes a member of a private group for the
record.  
Team members can do the following:

* View the record feed from Live Feed.
* View a list of group members (other users who are following the record).
* Invite another user to join the group. Only users who have access to the record have access to the record feed.
* Subscribe to email notifications.
* Leave the team to stop following the record.
