View request notifications that are sent during specific events in a catalog request
life cycle. These notifications are sent to various recipients including the Employee Center
and ITIL users.

## Warum und wann dieser Vorgang ausgeführt wird

Use the email notification layout and template that is shipped with the Employee
Experience Foundation (com.snc.sn_ex_emp_fd) plugin to deliver notifications that
are consistent and built with industries best practices layout. Applying the layout
to email notifications elevates the look and feel, and also helps to deliver branded
notifications. For more information, see [Use email notification

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to All \> System Notification \> Email \> Notifications.
2. View the notifications related to request by filtering the Table field by sc_requestand sc_req_item.
3. Click the notification name to view the details.
