# Configure CMDB Query Builder settings {#ariaid-title1}

Configure settings that control some of the functionality of the CMDB Query Builder.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: sn_cmdb_admin or admin

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllConfigurationCMDB Query Builder.
2. On the CMDB Query Builder page, select the Settings icon (![Settings.]()) and then configure the settings.

   | Setting | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Display Relationships in Results | Display the relationship between CIs in the query results. |
   | Display Suggested Connections | This setting applies only to CMDB queries. Filter the CMDB classes and the non-CMDB tables lists in the side-panel to display only classes and tables with which the selected node on the canvas has a relationship. You can then drag any item from the filtered list to the canvas and connect it to the selected node on the canvas. |
   | Display Results in New Tab | Display query results in a separate browser tab titled Query Results. |

3. Select the Settings icon again to close the dialog box.
