# View log messages

# View Hermes Messaging Service log messages {#ariaid-title1}

Review Hermes event details by viewing log messages.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: admin

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllSystem LogAll.  
   The Log \[syslog\] table displays all system log messages.
2. View logs only related to Hermes by adding a filter.
   1. Select the filter icon (![Filter icon.]()).
   2. Set a condition with a field, operator, and search string.  
      For example, \[Source\] \[contains\] \[Hermes\].
   3. Select Run.

## Ergebnisse

The Log \[syslog\] table displays only the Hermes Messaging Service log messages.
