You can manage HTML content in knowledge articles by using the HTML editor.

You can perform the following functions for HTML content in knowledge articles:

* Insert a hyperlink by using the insert/edit link icon (![Insert/edit link icon]()) available on the HTML toolbar. For more information, see [Link to a website in HTML
  fields](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=t_LinkingToAWebsiteInHTMLFields&version=australia&pubname=australia-platform-administration&ft:locale=en-US).
* Insert an image by using the insert/edit image icon (![Insert/edit image icon]()) available on the HTML toolbar. For more information, see [Embed images in HTML fields](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=t_EmbeddingImagesInHTMLFields&version=australia&pubname=australia-platform-administration&ft:locale=en-US).
* Embed a video from the video library, an attachment, or URL by using the insert/edit video icon (![Insert/edit video icon]()) available on the HTML toolbar. You can also add videos to the video library. * Copy content from external sources and paste them as simple text into the editor. For more information, see [Paste content into the HTML

* View and edit the HTML source code by using the source code icon (![Source code icon]()) available on the HTML toolbar.
