Manage document versions from external cloud directly in the record within the workspace.

## Vorbereitungen

Multi Provider plugin should be installed. Role required: none

## Prozedur

1. From the workspace, navigate to the required record (for example, Incident).
2. Select the documents icon from the left side panel to display the list of all document files and folders.
3. Go to the document card, select the vertical ellipse ![Translation-indicator icon]().
4. Select Manage external cloud.
5. To attach a new document as new version to a record from an external cloud:
   1. Select Attach from cloud and select Continue.
   2. Select the External drive and select the document.
   3. Select Add.
   4. Select Attach to attach a new document version.
   5. **Wahlweise:** If you want to link the URL, select the Link instead of attach check box.
   6. Select Attach.

6. To download and sync an existing document version from external cloud to ServiceNow:
   1. Select Download from cloud and select Continue.
   2. Select Attach to attach a new document version.  
      Only the latest version from the external drive is attached.

7. To upload a new document version from ServiceNowto external cloud:
   1. Select Upload to cloud and select Continue.
   2. Select the External drive and select the folder.
   3. Select Next.
   4. Select Upload to upload a new document version.
