View Caller Inputs

    • The Caller Input is passed to the PaCE API at the time of invocation by a developer.

    Prozedur

    1. In the Details form of the relevant policy, click the Versions tab.
    2. Click the Policy Name of the relevant policy version.
    3. Click the Policy Builder tab.
      Caller Input tab
      The policy script is displayed. In the Define Variables section, you can view the snapshotID in the Caller Inputs tab. The snapshotID is passed when the policy is invoked.
    4. The following table lists all the parameters for the Caller Inputs.
      FieldDescription
      Variable name For each PaCE policy, there is only one pre-defined Caller Input called SnapshotId. Click the link to view additional details.
      Immutable This variable cannot be modified or deleted.
      Type The Reference input type.
      Default value The value is applied when the policy is invoked.
      Mandatory Indicates that this variable is mandatory and a value must be provided for this parameter when invoking the PaCE API, otherwise the policy cannot be executed.
