Talent pool overview
The collection of similar talent profiles results in a shorter time-to-hire, using existing connections and the explicit groupings of profiles.
- Talent pools can be associated with different job requisitions to create job prospects.Note:When a talent pool is associated with a job requisition, the talent profiles within that pool, are called job prospects.
- Talent pools can be independent of any job requisition. It can only be a gathering of similar profiles as a means to better talent management and future hiring usage.

Talent pool tab in Recruitment workspace
The Talent pool tab in the Recruitment workspace provides all the details of your talent pools and talent profiles.
The Hiring Experiences campaigns provide a Campaign management button. You can create targeted campaigns for both internal and external applicants using targeted strategies for your hiring requirements.
- You must have the Content Experiences plugin (sn_ca) activated.
- You must have the sn_ca.campaign_manager or the sn_ca.campaign_approver role to view the campaigns.

The Talent pool section displays all the Talent pools that you can access that are segregated in three types - Owned, Collaborated, or shared.
You can filter the pools by their types, Export the details of the section as a downloadable file, or Create talent pool directly from the Talent pool section. For more information, see Create Talent pools.
Similar options are available for the All talent section where all the talent profiles in your organization are displayed. You can use the Create talent button to add a talent profile to the All talent list. For more information, see Create talent profiles.
