Summary of Team Details Page
The Team details page enhances visibility for organizational leaders regarding the skills and talent composition of their teams. It is integrated into the Org talent page and can be accessed through the Employee Center by selecting an employee card and clicking the View team details button.

- Growth Engagement: Displays metrics on employee engagement with growth tools in the Talent Development suite.
- Team Skill Score: Shows a score reflecting the proficiency levels of team members for required skills, with a score of 100 indicating all requirements are met. Also highlights skills needing improvement.
- Employee Work Arrangement: Visualizes the distribution of team members based on their work arrangements (on-site, remote, hybrid).
- Range of Years Spent at the Company: Illustrates the tenure distribution of team members, configurable by administrators to show data across up to six segments.
- Time Spent in Current Positions: Reflects the tenure of team members in their current roles, also configurable for detailed insights.
- Range of Employee Experience: Displays a bar chart of team members' experience levels, including the manager, aiding in understanding the team's overall experience distribution.

The Team details page provides your organizational leaders with visibility into the skills and talent composition of a team that exists within the leader's organization.
- Select a card for an employee who leads a team within the leader's organization.
- Select the View team details button on the card for the employee that you selected.

| Widget | Description |

| Growth engagement | Widget contains metrics that measure employee engagement with the growth tools provided in the Talent Development suite of applications. |
| Team skill score | Widget displays a skill score associated with a team in the leader's organization. This score measures the number of people, in a specific team, who have achieved the proficiency levels necessary for each skill required by the
roles in that team. A score of 100 means that the requirements are met. This widget also reflects a list of skills on which the team must improve the most. |
| Employee work arrangement | Widget reflects a distribution of team members by work arrangements (for example, on-site, remote, hybrid). |
| Range of years spent at the company | Widget reflects a distribution of team members by tenure at the company. Administrators can configure the following components for the data that appears in this widget:

The bar chart displays the number of employees in a specific team, at each experience level, including the team manager. The horizontal axis represents the experience level and the vertical axis represents the number of employees at each experience level. Leader Hub uses the Job level field in the Job profile record from the Employee Job Profiles [sn_employee_position] table to retrieve the data that appears in this widget. |
