  • Use the receptionist portal to view and manage visitor activity in your organization.

The receptionist portal is a dedicated interface for the front-desk staff. The portal displays a dashboard with real-time view of all visitor activity at a given building or campus. As a receptionist, you can see the full lifecycle of every expected or active visit for the current day, organized across status columns: Expected, Checked-in, Checked-out, Others, and any custom columns configured by the workplace administrator. You can use the search bar to locate visitors by name, email, host name, or company. You can also use the date navigator to view past or future visits.

Each visitor card on the dashboard displays the visitor name, email, host, the expected or actual visit time, and status like Pre-check pending or Pre-check done. The cards display the most relevant action button for the current state and the details panel contains a context menu for additional actions. For example, a check-in button is displayed for expected visitors who have completed pre-check tasks; an option to mark the visitor as no show is available in the context menu.

As a receptionist, you can perform the following actions:

    • Capture visitor details
    • Take the visitor's picture with an integrated camera
    • Collect policy acknowledgments from the visitors
    • Print visitor badges
    • Break check-out and check-in for multi-part visits
    • Take bulk actions like batch printing of visitor badges

Receptionist portal displaying visitors for one day. Visitors are displayed in three columns: Expected, checked-in, and checked-out.
