  • Connect your Zoom account to another ServiceNow® instance by overriding your existing ServiceNow instance.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Open the ServiceNow instance that you want to connect to your existing Zoom account.
    2. Navigate to All > Employee Center > Employee Center for Zoom > Setup.
    3. On the Connect to an account form, select Connect associated with Zoom.
    4. Enter CHANGE in the Type CHANGE to continue field and select Override connection.

    Result

    Your Zoom account is successfully connected to another ServiceNow instance.
