  • Configure the Virtual Agent notifications to provide prompt updates for the hiring managers and recruiters in Microsoft Teams.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    You must activate the following plugins for the Virtual Agent notification functionality.
    • Employee Center Pro plugin (sn_ex_sp_pro)
    • Glide Virtual Agent plugin (com.glide.cs.chatbot)
    Note:
    The Glide Virtual Agent Lite plugin (com.glide.cs.chatbot.lite), if enabled, only provides read-only notification. It doesn't support actionable notification.

    About this task

    The Virtual Agent notification is available in the Microsoft Teams messaging app. Activate the Glide Virtual Agent plugin (com.glide.cs.chatbot) within Talent Acquisition environment.

    After you have set up the Glide Virtual Agent plugin (com.glide.cs.chatbot), it prompts you to set up Microsoft Teams.

    Procedure

    1. Integrate ServiceNow Virtual Agent with Microsoft Teams.
    2. Set up the conversational integration of the Glide Virtual Agent plugin (com.glide.cs.chatbot) with Microsoft Teams.
