    • Modify or update a LLM (LLM) to generate for Now Assist for WSD.

    Before you begin

    Third-party LLM providers are available for Now Assist skills and AI agents in addition to Now LLM Service. For more information on LLMs in Now Assist. For each Now Assist in Document Intelligence use case, only one LLM can be enabled at a time. Now Assist employs the selected LLM when processing documents for the use case.
    Note:
    Now LLM Service, AWS Claude, Azure OpenAI, and Google Gemini are the supported LLM model providers on Now Assist for WSD.

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Now Assist Admin > Settings > Manage model providers.
    2. Review the following options the Manage mode providers workflow page:
      • Policy Summary set by your organization regarding non-compliant model provider usage.
      • Model providers assigned to Now Assist Now Assist for WSD.
    3. Select the Edit Model provider tab to change the LLM model provider.
    4. Select an LLM model provider from the Default model provider list.

      Select Azure Open AI to modify the default LLM model provider. Total impacted skills on changing the LLM model provider are displayed.

      You can edit the model provider for an instance or customize it to update it at a skill or skill group level.

    5. Optional: Select the Instance card to update the model provider for all the skills and skill groups in an instance.
    6. Select Save and activate to update the LLM model provider.
