Set up request sources

  • Create different request sources for different applications to see all your requests under the Requests section on Employee Center.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_hr_sp.esc_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Employee Center > Requests > Source configurations.
    2. Select New to create a new request source.
      For existing customers a fix script is shipped with Employee Center version 38.0 to sync data with the request sources and the request filter conditions when you upgrade.
    3. On the Request source form, fill in the fields, and select Submit.

    Result

    You've created a request source for your preferred application.
