    Is auto-assigned to the sn_hr_gen_ai_helper.admin role.

    Grants administrative access to the Galileo data store.
    sn_hr_na_galileo.read Enables users to receive Now Assist responses containing Galileo data

    Scheduled job name Description
    Fetch and Index Galileo data

    Retrieves data from the Josh Bersin company. The admin first manually executes the scheduled job to begin the initial indexing.

    Subsequently, the system runs the scheduled job monthly to retrieve new data.
