ServiceNow
EmployeeWorks Web App (formerly known as Employee Slate) is an AI-native employee engagement layer. It combines intelligent assistance, employee communication, organizational navigation, task management, and
other employee services to boost productivity.

The home page provides a workspace with widgets and shortcuts relevant to your daily work. The layout adapts based on your role, department, and usage patterns to display the most important information and services. The system
dynamically updates your widget content to reflect current priorities, pending tasks, and relevant announcements. The home page provides a starting point for accessing all the capabilities and services.
