  • Customize the Activity stream to reduce agent effort in understanding the case context.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > HR Case Management > All HR Cases.
    2. Select a case to customize Activity stream for.
    3. Select the activity stream icon Activity stream icon.
    4. Select the filter activity icon Filter activity icon.
    5. Select the required activities and the desired order.
    6. Select Save.
