Add, resize, and arrange widgets on your canvas to create a personalized workspace that fits your daily work requirements.
About this task
Canvas enables you to personalize your workspace by adding widgets from the library, resizing them, and arranging them according to your preferences. Changes are saved automatically when you update widget
positions.
Procedure

Navigate to Canvas from the side navigation menu.
The canvas opens with default widgets: Calendar, My Requests, and Featured Apps.

Select the plus icon to add widget.
A widget selection dialog appears showing available widgets from the library.

Select the widget you want to add from the available options.
Available widgets depend on administrator configuration and may include Quick Links, Announcements, or other custom widgets.
The selected widget appears on the canvas.

Resize and reposition a widget by dragging the widget corners.
Resize and rearrange widgets to suit your preferred information and layout requirements.

Select Save changes to preserve your canvas configuration.
Your personalized canvas layout is saved and will appear the same way when you return to Canvas.
