Request tuition reimbursement

  • As an employee, you can submit a question about, or request tuition reimbursement from the Employee Center.

    About this task

    Employees can ask questions about approved courses and request tuition reimbursement by submitting a request through the Employee Center.

    Alternatively, a manager can submit a tuition reimbursement request by opening an HR case: Create an HR case.

    Procedure

    1. From the Employee Center menu, navigate to Human Resources > Benefits > Education Reimbursement.
    2. Click the Tuition Reimbursement request.
    3. Complete the form.
      The fields you see depend on how the form is configured and what fields are selected to display.

      Field Description
      School/Program name Name of the school or program where you took the course.
      Course Title Name of the course you took.
      Course justification Explanation of why you took the course.
      Course start date Date when the course started.
      Course end date Date when the course ended.
    4. Click Submit.
      The system creates an HR case and assigns it to the configured HR person. View the status of your request from the My Requests tab.
