Create a quick link as an administrator

    • Journey designer administrators create quick links that are part of a journey configuration. Administrator created quick links cannot be deleted or edited by journey owners or mentors.

    Role required: sn_jny.admin

    About this task

    Quick links added by an administrator appear in all Journey Types they are added to. Only administrators can delete a quick link from Journey Types. See, Delete a quick link created by an administrator.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Journey Designer > Manage Journey Type Links.
    2. Select New.
    3. Select a Type and Quick link.
      • Type: Only active Journey Types are available.
      • Quick link: The Quick link name for active Employee Center Quick Links. See, Quick links configuration
      Note:
      If you don't see the Journey Type you are looking for, start typing the name of the journey type in the field to search for it.
