Your organization can identify employee skills, determine role skill gaps, and recommend learning opportunities to bridge those gaps.
Employees can use the skills profile to add, delete, and update skills. For more information on skills profiles, see [Career tab in Employee Center](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/uMc_9gaqRhrFsv0oOKJZtg "View update, and manage all aspects of your career using the Career tab in Employee Center.").

  Import skills from your resume or LinkedIn profile and add them to your Employee Profile in the Employee Center to focus on your career development.
