Customize related lists in Agent Workspace for HR Case Management

  • Customize which related lists are visible to users in Agent Workspace for HR Case Management.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_hr_agent_ws.admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > HR Case Management > All HR Cases > All.
    2. Select the case that you want to customize related lists for.
    3. Select the additional actions icon Additional actions icon.
    4. Navigate to Configure > Related lists.
    5. Select the related lists and the desired order.
    6. In View name, select Workspace UIB.
    7. Select Save.
