Reopen a job requisition that is already in closed state.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_ta_hiring_core.recruiter{#reopen-job-req__p_swk_nfg_h1c}

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesRecruitment workspace.
2. Open a requisition that is in closed state and must be reopened.
3. Select Reopen.  
   * The requisition moves to the New state after it's reopened.
