Reopen a closed legal request

  • Reopen a request if you're not satisfied with the resolution given by the legal team.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_lg_ops.legal_user

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Employee Center.
      Note:
      If you’re using Legal Service Portal, open a request by navigating to the Legal Service Portal and selecting My Requests > View all requests from the header.
    2. Select My Requests from the header.
    3. Select the legal request from the list.
    4. On the Standard Ticket page, click Reopen Request to open the request.
    5. In the dialog box, enter comments to explain why you are reopening the request in the Reason field.
    6. Click Reopen Request.
