# Install and configure Opportunity Marketplace {#ariaid-title1}

Admins install and configure the Opportunity Marketplace (OPM) application and configure features.  
Follow these steps to configure Opportunity Marketplace:

1. [Install Opportunity Marketplace](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/Ni2APJf4A1vCgF20LEov3g "Opportunity Marketplace (OPM) is a key application that works as part of the Talent Development suite of applications. OPM improves employee engagement and retention with internal mobility.")
2. Assign the `sn_opp_market.admin` role to users so they can configure and manage Opportunity Marketplace

4. If you need a different opportunity type, you can create custom opportunity types to meet the needs of your organization.
