Create Talent pools

    • Create Talent pools to organize similar talent profiles in one place for particular hiring requirements.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_ta_hiring_core.recruiter

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Recruitment workspace.
    2. Create a talent pool from either the Talent pool section or the All talent section in the Talent pool tab.
      • To create a talent pool from the Talent pool section in the Talent pool tab, select Create talent pool.
      • To create a talent pool from the All talent section, select the required profiles and select Create pool.
    3. On the Create New Talent pool form, fill in the fields.

    4. Select Save.

    Result

    You have created a talent pool. Collaborate with other recruiters after creating the pool or simply share the pool with people involved in the hiring process for visibility.
