Use response templates as reusable messages that you can copy and paste into the comments or work notes for an HR case or task.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_hr_core.case_writer
Procedure

Navigate to .

Select the Lists icon (
).

Select an HR case or task.

From the contextual side panel, select the Response templates icon (
).

Select the View response templates icon (
) to display templates based on the language preference of the selected user.
For example, only response templates in the French language are displayed to the assigned to user because French has been selected in the Language field in the user profile of
assigned to.

Select the response template.

Select the Copy to clipboard button and paste the text in the Comments/Worknotes area.

Select Post Comments.
The reused message is visible under the Comments/Worknotes section to the subject person.
