As a manager, create a mentoring relationship between two of your employees.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_ecn.mentoring_admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllMentoringRelationships.
2. Select New.
3. On the Mentoring relationship form, fill in the fields.

4. Select Save.
