Using HR Benchmarks

    • Gain instant visibility into your key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends, as well as comparative insight relative to industry averages of your peers and to the industry top performers.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_hr_core.case_writer

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Benchmarks > Dashboard.
      The Benchmarks Dashboard page is displayed.
    2. Select Human Resource in KPI Category.
      The HR KPIs are displayed.
    3. To change the way that the KPIs are displayed on the dashboard.
      • Card view icon (Card view): View your KPIs in a card view.
      • List view icon (List view): View your KPIs in a list view.
    4. To select the area in which you want to compare your data, use the Compare with list.
      • Industry: Option to compare your data based on industries.
      • Number of users: Option to compare your data based on the number of users.
      • Region: Option to compare your data based on region.
    5. To download the report in a PDF format, click Download.
