    • The Legal Service Portal is a self-service portal for employees to submit legal requests, monitor their progress, read legal knowledge base articles, and get help using virtual agent chat support.

    The Legal Service Portal is installed with the installation of the Legal Request Management app.

    Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Service Portal to access Legal Service Portal.

    Use the Legal Service Portal to do the following tasks:
    • Submit legal requests by selecting from a catalog item from the Legal Service Catalog.
    • Track the status of your submitted requests.
    • Find and read through the top-rated legal knowledge base articles to find information.
    • Chat with a virtual agent to submit and track legal requests and read legal knowledge base articles.
