    • Download or anonymize your data on the visitor portal.

    Before you begin

    Role required: None

    Procedure

    1. Log in to the visitor portal, then select a visit.
      For more information about logging in to the visitor portal, see Logging in to the visitor portal.
    2. Select your profile icon, then select either of the following options.
      ChoiceDescription
      Download your data Downloads the data to your local system or device.
      Anonymize your data Removes all identifiable information from the visit records while retaining the visit history.
      Note:
      If you anonymize your data, the data in your future visits is replaced with random values. You must enter your data again on your next visit.
