Communication form
Field descriptions on the form for a communication task.
| Field | Description |

| Compose and send communication | Option to send the communication immediately or schedule it for later. Note:
Scheduling the communication adds a timer to the communication based on the Due in (minutes) field, which prompts the
agent to send it manually. It doesn't send automatically. |
| Frequency | How often the communication should be sent. |
| Short description | Summary of what the communication is about. |
| Due in (minutes) | Time in minutes before the communication should be sent. This field appears only when Later is selected from the Compose and send communication field or when both Now is selected from the Compose and send communication field and Recurring is selected from Frequency. |
| Channels | Channel to send the communication. For example, email or SMS. |
| Recipients | People who receive the communication. |
