Enable the audio conferencing to allow the users to participate in the conference
call by dialing the conference bridge number.

## Before you begin

Note:  
This is an additional configuration, which is optional and can be used as required.

Role required: sn_notify_msteams.admin

## Procedure

1. In your ServiceNow instance, navigate to AllNotifyMicrosoft TeamsConfiguration.
2. Select Enable Audio Conferencing.  
3. Select Save.
