  • The Additional requirement form specifies visitor information that is required while adding a visitor.

    Field Description
    Name Name of the additional requirement.
    Visit requirements Visit requirement record linked to the additional requirement record.
    Order Order of the additional requirement on the portal pages.
    Filled by Person who fills the required information.

    You can select the host, guest, or both.

    Help text Informational text for the information field.
    Label Label text that is displayed on the portal pages.
    Requirement type Type of the requirement, which determines the section that the information field is displayed in.

    You can select any one of the following options:

    • Additional information: Information like diet restrictions or license plate number; displayed in the first section of the pre-check tasks.
    • Document to upload: Documents like a visitor ID or photograph; displayed in the second section of the pre-check tasks.
    • Document to acknowledge: Policy documents or guidelines; displayed in the third section of the pre-check tasks.
    Active Option to set the record to active. Inactive records are not displayed on the portal pages.
    Mandatory for Person who is required to fill the information.

    You can select the host, guest, both, or none.

    If you select None, the field is considered optional.
