Chemical managers can use the regulatory list regulation form to create a regulation for the chemical substance
manually.
If you have the integration with 3E regulatory intelligence, the regulatory list is retrieved with these fields automatically populated. | Field | Description |

| Phrase text | Text phrase that identifies the regulation. Serves as the primary label for this regulatory list regulation record. |
| Parameter | Primary parameter associated with the regulation, such as a substance threshold or classification criterion. |
| Sub parameter | Secondary parameter that provides additional specificity to the primary parameter value. |
| Text value | Text-based value associated with the regulation parameter. |
| UOM | Unit of measurement applicable to the parameter value. Defines the scale or unit for numeric thresholds, such as percentage or milligrams per litre. |
| Regulatory list | Regulatory list to which this regulation belongs. Associates the record with a specific 3E-sourced or manually defined regulatory list. |
| Scope | Scope or applicability of the regulation, such as geographic region or industry sector. |
| Numeric value | Numeric threshold or limit defined by the regulation. Use when the regulation condition is expressed as a number. |
| Date value | Date on which the regulation parameter takes effect or expires. Accepts values in YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss format. |
