# Create tasks

# Create tasks {#ariaid-title1}

Create tasks for your applicants or internal stakeholders within the Recruitment workspace and assign it to the respective personas.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_ta_hiring_core.recruiter

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesRecruitment workspace.
2. In a job requisition record page, select the required application.
3. Go to the Tasks tab of the job application and select Add new.
4. In the Select task pop-up window, pick a task from the available list, and select Submit.  
   The Task type field is automatically selected when you select the Task. 5. On the Applicant task form, fill in the fields.

6. Select Save.

## Result

View the new task from the Lists view of an application page in a job requisition. The list-view provides a consolidated and efficient task management option.
