Using Federal plugin
With the Federal plugin, promote interoperability between agencies or shared services and augment the delivered HR Service Delivery and ServiceNow AI Platform tables.
Before you begin
Role required: admin
- Activate Federal plugin.
- Import an excel template for Federal plugin.
- Review this KB article.Note:If you cannot access the KB article, search for Federal Data table plugin in ServiceNow Community.
Important:
The Federal plugin:
- contains data elements that extend from the HR Profile table and therefore is only available with the HR Service Delivery solution. If you download the plugin without HR Service Delivery, you will notice empty tables and not have the ability to use the tables.
- is only available for customers on the Washington DC release and later.
- does not include business rules, client scripts or additional roles.
