* **Configurable Filters:** Default tabs come with Status and Updated filters, which can be edited or supplemented with custom filters such as Request Type, State, or Location.
* **Drafts Functionality:** Users can save requests as drafts before submission, enabled by default. Drafts tab visibility can be disabled via a system property.
* **View Toggle:** Requests display in card view by default, with an option to switch to list view available from Employee Center version 40 onward.
* **Pagination:** Shows 15 requests per page, with pagination activating beyond that limit.
* **Responsive Design:** The Requests page adapts to different screen sizes, with filters available via a *Show more* option when necessary.
* **Role-Based Experience:**
  * Managers can view requests they created for their team, requests created by others for their team, and requests for their work location (if configured).
  * Employees can view requests they created for themselves, those created for them, and requests for their work location (if configured).
  * Executive assistants can view requests they created on behalf of others.
* **Now Mobile App Integration:** The full Enhanced Requests Experience is available on the Now Mobile app, enabling on-the-go viewing, searching, filtering, and management of requests. Users must opt into the mobile experience to access these features.

## Known Limitations

* Keyword search only queries the specific table associated with the Source Configuration record and does not extend to related child or parent tables. For example, searching for a Requested Item (RITM) will not return related Request (REQ) records.
* Support for traversing related tables through grouping is planned for future releases.

## Practical Implications for ServiceNow Customers
